Zhican Chen

Zhican (West) Chen is a Senior Software Engineer at NVIDIA. They previously served as a Software Intern at NVIDIA, where they designed Machine Learning algorithms for 5G/6G RAN systems. Zhican has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rice University, focusing on wireless system design and optimization, and as an Applied Scientist Intern at Amazon Lab126, enhancing indoor localization for Echo devices. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China and are currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Rice University.
