NVR Practitioners Consortium is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that provides training and support in the Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) approach to parenting to parents and carers dealing with behaviours of concern and to professionals supporting them.

We are led by expert by experience parents who have implemented NVR in our own families and by experts by profession who help families experiencing behaviours of concern in their children. We have all seen the positive impact NVR has on parents' relationships with their children and the resulting improvement in behaviour. Our courses are facilitated by an expert by experience and an expert by profession, giving invaluable insight from different perspectives. 

For parents/carers, we offer:
-  Introduction sessions to help parents find out what NVR is about and decide if it is right for their family
-   Group courses, including some specifically for adoptive parents and those whose children have additional needs
-   One-to-one sessions
-   Ongoing support through our closed Facebook group

For professionals working with families, we offer
-   Introduction sessions to find out how NVR can help families, how to refer them and whether professional training would be relevant
-   NVR training at levels 1, 2 and 3, accredited by NVR UK. 
-   Individual and group supervision

We also provide bespoke training to organisations, both for their own staff and for the families they help.
