Aaron Hedman

Aaron Hedman is an experienced professional with a strong background in production supervision, warranty management, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at NVR, Inc., since March 2022, Aaron oversees the home-building process, manages subcontractors, conducts quality control inspections, and oversees customer communication regarding construction progress. Previously, as a Warranty Supervisor, Aaron improved homeowner experiences by evaluating claims and educating clients. Prior roles include Marketing & Communications Specialist at NTG, where Aaron enhanced brand awareness and business development, as well as Communications & Relationship Manager and Marketing Consultant at Hedman Alas, where management of a diverse team was essential for executing marketing strategies. As the Founder and General Manager of PromoDias, Aaron developed innovative outsourcing programs for customer loyalty in the tourism sector. Aaron holds a B.S. in Professional Communication and Business Administration from Florida State University.
