Brett Hetrick

Brett Hetrick is an experienced executive in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Area President at NVR, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Senior Vice President at NVR from March 2020 to January 2024. With a distinguished career at Ryan Homes spanning from May 1993 to March 2020, Brett advanced through several roles including Regional Manager, Division Manager, Vice President, and various leadership positions in project management, construction management, sales, land development, and general management. Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from Virginia Tech.
