Dan Young currently serves as the Maryland Representative for the Marine For Life Network (M4L), a position held since November 2021, where responsibilities include connecting transitioning Marines and their families with vital educational and employment resources. Since August 2015, Dan has been the Plant Manager at NVR, Inc., overseeing value stream management in a manufacturing facility dedicated to home construction. Prior military experience includes roles in the United States Marine Corps from February 2013 to August 2015, where Dan served as a Division Readiness Officer, Assistant Operations Officer, Company Commander, and Chief of Current Operations, demonstrating leadership and operational coordination across diverse battalion activities and multinational operations. Dan holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Mount St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado State University Pueblo, along with a Certificate of Completion in Marine Corps Staff Coordination and MAGTF planning from the Expeditionary Warfare School.
