Dave Hagan

Dave Hagan has extensive experience in the construction and land management sectors, currently serving as Market Land Manager at NVR, Inc. since May 2015, with previous roles as General Manager Land and Land Manager. Prior to NVR, Hagan held the position of Director of Construction at Lennar from May 2013 to May 2015 and worked at PulteGroup from May 2006 to May 2013 in various capacities including Purchasing Agent, Land Development Project Manager, and Field Manager. Additionally, Hagan served as Vice President at Maplestead Homes from 2000 to 2006 and began a career in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief for U-2S Reconnaissance Aircraft from 1996 to 2000. Hagan is an alumnus of Trevecca Nazarene University.
