David A. Preiser

David Preiser is the Co-President of Houlihan Lokey and serves on the firm’s Operating Committee and Office of the Executives. They have over two decades of experience at the firm, playing a crucial role in financial restructuring activities in the United States and leading significant transactions involving distressed companies. Currently, David focuses on expanding the firm’s European, Asian, and Middle Eastern businesses and is also a member of the Board of Directors for NVR, Inc., as well as the Ronald McDonald House of New York. Additionally, David is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
