Debbie Potter is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Processor at NVR, Inc. since September 2017, Debbie has previously held positions as Mortgage Loan Processor and Settlement Specialist within the same organization. Prior to NVR, Debbie worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Gateway Mortgage, which is known for its substantial contributions to homeownership and community development. Additionally, Debbie spent over 15 years at Pirate's Cove Vacation Rentals & Property Management as Broker-in-Charge, managing luxury vacation rentals in North Carolina. Debbie is also a licensed Realtor and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). Educational background includes completion of studies at Varina High School.
