Doug Saunders

Doug Saunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and cost analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Group Sourcing Manager at NVR, Inc. since July 2019, Doug has held various roles such as Area Construction Cost Manager and Finance Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Ryan Homes, where responsibilities involved overseeing construction costs for over 300 houses annually and managing regional cost operations. Doug also has a background as a Cost Engineer at BRYCON Construction, tracking costs for a large-scale manufacturing plant, and as Vice President of Operations at Regis Development Inc., managing the Bid Department. Doug began a career in construction management at Ryan Homes as a Construction Cost Manager and progressed through roles including Project Manager and Project Supervisor. Doug earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky between 1997 and 2001.
