Dwayne Davis has over 24 years of experience in the construction and development industry, currently serving as the Director of Production Training at NVR, Inc. since May 2001. Throughout a progressive career at NVR, Dwayne has held various roles, including Regional Manager of Learning & Development, Regional Production Trainer, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Production Supervisor. Prior to this, Dwayne worked as a Project Manager at K. Hovnanian® Homes from January 1999 to May 2001. Dwayne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University from 1994 to 1998.
