Giles Patterson

Giles Patterson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Giles started their career at Toll Brothers in 2003 as an Assistant Vice President and worked there until 2006. Giles then joined Fischer Homes as an Area President from 2006 to 2014. Following that, they served as the President of Colorado at Standard Pacific Corp. from 2014 to 2015. Giles then worked as the Regional President at William Lyon Homes from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they became the CEO of Base Capital until 2021. Currently, Giles Patterson holds the position of Vice President of Operations at NVR, Inc. since October 2022.

Giles Patterson's education history includes a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Cornell University's S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. Giles also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
