Hayley Connell

Hayley Connell, MBA, is an experienced operations manager currently working at NVR, Inc. since July 2017, where roles have included Processing Supervisor, Senior Loan Processor, and Loan Processor. Prior to NVR, Hayley held positions at The Walt Disney Company from August 2016 to June 2017 as a Merchandise Supervisor & Trainer and Merchandise Cast Member. Earlier experience includes serving as Community Assistant Supervisor and Community Assistant at COCM from September 2014 to July 2016. Hayley earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida in April 2023, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland in 2016, and an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Carroll Community College in 2014.
