Jay Brown

Jay Brown, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Production Manager at NVR, Inc. since May 2021, Jay previously held the role of Executive Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where strategic initiatives led to significant revenue growth and operational excellence, including winning Chick-fil-A’s 2019 Symbol of Success. Jay's earlier career includes roles at Waffle House, where leadership resulted in consistent sales increases and the development of new market strategies, as well as service in the US Army, contributing to critical logistical operations. Jay holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Marketing from Virginia State University.
