Jesse C.

Jesse C. is a collaborative and driven professional specializing in acquisitions, urban planning, entitlements, and development, with over 20 years of industry experience. Currently serving as the Regional Land Entitlement Manager for NVR, Inc., Jesse directs land entitlement strategies across Metro Atlanta, securing necessary approvals for substantial residential projects. Previously, Jesse held key positions such as Managing Director at Clark Property R+D, Senior Development Director at Songy Highroads, and Executive Director of the Historic District Development Corporation. Jesse's early experience includes roles at EY and Brenner Real Estate, in addition to military service as a Medic in the Army National Guard. Jesse holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology and has recently taught as an Adjunct Lecturer at Georgia State University.
