Mark Fruzzetti

Mark Fruzzetti has extensive experience in real estate finance and strategic planning, currently serving at NVR, Inc. since November 2005, where responsibilities include land acquisition and financing for residential development projects, along with development of valuation models and due diligence support. Previously, Mark held the position of Capital Investment Analyst at Target from September 2003 to August 2005, overseeing capital expenditures for Marshall Field’s Department Stores. Prior to that, Mark worked at ExxonMobil from July 1994 to June 2001 as a chemical engineer in Operations Support, providing expertise in refinery operations and mentoring engineers. Mark holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
