Mark Roach

Mark Roach is an experienced application systems manager with a career spanning over two decades in software development and support. Currently serving as the Application Systems Manager at NVR, Inc. since January 2006, Mark focuses on value stream management across design to sell and order to delivery processes. Previously, Mark held roles as Application Team Lead, overseeing production support and quality assurance for enterprise applications, and as Application Manager at SOI, Inc., where payroll and HR application development was a primary responsibility. Earlier experience includes work as a Programmer Analyst at Bob Jones University, specializing in education publishing and customer service applications.
