Melody Serrano has extensive experience in both photography and customer service. Currently serving as a Title Processor at NVR, Inc. since April 2020, Melody also operates SnookySmiles Photography, a business established in March 2007, driven by a passion for photography. Previously, Melody owned and managed Marvelous Mouse Travels from September 2015 to April 2020, specializing in Disney Destinations, providing complimentary planning services to clients. Earlier career roles include Office Manager at JPG Marketing and Customer Service Representative at MassMutual Financial Group. Melody holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Westfield State University and a high school diploma from Northampton High School.
