Michael Oleck

Michael Oleck is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Production Manager at NVR, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at K. Hovnanian® Homes, including Vice President of Construction and Production Manager from July 2015 to February 2021. Michael's career at NVR, Inc. began in 2005, where roles included Project Manager and Sales and Marketing Representative, demonstrating versatility across functions. Michael's foundational experience includes an internship as a Production Intern at NVR, Inc. in 2004. Educated at the University of Delaware with a BS in Engineering Technology and a minor in Civil Engineering, Michael also completed secondary education at Salesianum School.
