Patrick Donahue

Patrick Donahue has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick started their career at PGA TOUR in 1999 as the Manager of Executive Planning and worked there until 2004. In 2004, they joined Pulte Homes as the Director of Operations and held this position until 2007. Patrick also worked at Pulte Home Corporation during the same period, again as the Director of Operations. Since 2007, Patrick has been associated with NVR, Inc. in various roles. Patrick started as the Director of Real Estate Finance and was responsible for financing the company's land transactions. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Vice President, Regional Land Operations.

Patrick Donahue has a strong educational background in finance. Patrick earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Villanova University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, during their time at Villanova, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. After completing their undergraduate studies, Patrick pursued further education and earned an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in Finance and Real Estate, from 1997 to 1999. In terms of certifications, Patrick obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in June 2004.
