Ryan Passante

Ryan Passante currently serves as the General Manager of Land Acquisitions at NVR, Inc., a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan spent over thirteen years with Ryan Homes, where responsibilities included Land Acquisition Manager and Senior Sales and Marketing Representative, achieving accolades such as the President's Club Recipient and Charlotte South Sales Rep of the Year. Ryan began a career in sales with Centex Homes and later worked as a Registered Representative and Financial Advisor at John Hancock Financial Network, consistently exceeding sales quotas. Ryan holds a B.S. in Sports Management from Old Dominion University.
