Steven Sembach

Steven Sembach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and financial management. Currently serving as Land Acquisition Manager and Senior Construction Cost Manager at NVR, Inc. since January 2013, Sembach oversees the financial lifecycle of over 350 homes annually, generating significant revenue. Prior to this, Sembach was a Regional Financial Analyst for Ryan Homes, contributing to substantial year-over-year growth. From July 2003 to December 2012, Sembach worked at the Public Buildings Service within the General Services Administration, where responsibilities included managing a strategic capital planning process for a large real estate portfolio and providing oversight for shared services for federal customers. Sembach holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from Penn State University.
