Tom Hayes, MBA, PMP, CPP, is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Group Sourcing Manager at NVR, Inc., a top ten home builder, Tom has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager and Manager of IT Internal Consulting. Prior experience includes National Supply Chain Manager at REHAU INC, where strategic supply chain management was applied in multiple sectors, and Supply Chain Systems Manager at Sweetheart Cup/SOLO, utilizing systems such as BAAN and SAP.
