Ralph Peters

Ralph Peters serves as a Public Affairs Advisor at NVRD since June 2021, focusing on advocating for the interests of Dutch municipalities and public waste collection companies. In addition, Ralph is a Municipal Council member for D66 in Utrecht, overseeing finance, sustainability, energy, environment, and heritage. Previous roles include policy advisor positions at the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Sport, and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, contributing to initiatives such as national circular economy strategies and COVID-19 testing policies. Ralph’s experience also encompasses project work and stakeholder communication with organizations such as Vandebron and ProRail. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Governance and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Utrecht University.
