The NVvA is a growing association, which makes the membership participation portfolio a challenging one. Mieke Rabou realizes that. She made a well-considered decision to join the board and to give substance to member participation. In that context, she finds a strong connection with the three regions and the four platforms within the association important. Cross-pollination and making connections between the various occupational health specialists is another spearhead. In addition, as a portfolio holder, Mieke is also closely involved in member communication and the organization of conferences and meetings.
