Karen Shell has extensive experience in financial and program management, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for NW Services, Inc., overseeing the PEACE Program since February 2022, which focuses on finding loving homes for international teenagers. Prior to this role, Karen Shell was the Program Manager at Northwest Services Peace Program from January 2007 to May 2022, where responsibilities included program development and implementation.
