NW Works is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to empower adults with disabilities and others with barriers to employment to build skills, and gain and maintain meaningful employment. We do this through a number of services including Vocational Rehabilitation, Group Day Support programs, Community Engagement, school-to-work training programs for students with disabilities, and Career Services for non-disabled individuals. 

We envision a society in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect, where all people are afforded equal opportunities to meet their goals. We will strive to obtain this through informing, educating, and being a resource for those we serve and partner.
