NW1 Partners is a global real estate investment firm that manages institutional investor equity and invests in targeted, niche investment strategies across all property types in the U.S., U.K. and developed Europe. NW1 seeks attractive risk-adjusted opportunities that can be acquired programmatically and “rolled up” into a cohesive portfolio that will be positioned for sale to an institutional buyer.

NW1 invests through investment funds it forms and sponsors for each of its strategies. NW1 leverages its deep relationships with institutional investors, providing its investors access to differentiated, thematic investment programs for their portfolios.
