John Walker

John Walker has extensive work experience in various industries. John currently serves as the Owner of STRIDE Fitness West End and AKT - Belle Meade, both starting in 2021. Prior to their current roles, John worked at NWI Aerostructures as a Senior Industrial Engineer, Master Scheduler, and MRP. John has been with NWI Aerostructures since 2007 and is responsible for managing multiple programs and implementing lean principles to streamline processes. Before NWI Aerostructures, John worked at General Motors as a Manufacturing, Quality, and Industrial Engineer. John held the position of Quality Engineer from 1991 to 2006, where they led reliability engineering for the Saturn VUE program and implemented quality systems.

John Walker earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University from 1987 to 1994. John then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2005.
