Michael Passarelli

Michael Passarelli, CPA, currently serves as Executive Vice President at NWI Development Group, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Michael held the same title at Castleford Investments LLC from March 2015 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing investments and conducting due diligence for private investors. Earlier in the career, Michael was Vice President of Commercial Operations and CFO at Flexeon Rehabilitation, overseeing various business operations. Additional experience includes roles as VP of Finance and Principal at Stockyards Industrial Services Inc., CFO and Principal at DeGrazia Development Company, and Senior Manager in the Real Estate Construction Group at Plante Moran. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed in 1995.
