Hardik Patel

Hardik Patel (PMP®) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost analysis and project controls across various sectors, including nuclear waste management and infrastructure development. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Analyst at Nuclear Waste Management Organization, Hardik leads the development of long-term lifecycle cost estimates for radioactive waste streams. Previous positions include Project Controller at ALTEN PROEX managing a major pharmaceutical engineering project, as well as Cost Analyst/Estimator at Hanscomb Limited, where Hardik worked on significant infrastructure projects exceeding $1 billion in value. Earlier roles included Deputy Manager of Project Controls and Planning at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, overseeing projects worth $4 billion, and a Project Intern at Turner Construction Company. Hardik holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Analytics from Seneca Polytechnic, a Master of Technology in Construction Engineering and Management from CEPT University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
