Steven G.

Steven G. has extensive experience in both the insurance and technology sectors. From February 2005 to December 2011, Steven worked as a Claims Generalist at Progressive Insurance, managing auto claims processes in North Carolina and delivering high customer satisfaction. Steven transitioned to NWN Corporation, where the current position as Director of Cloud Operations Telecom began in September 2021, following roles as Technology Specialist, Partner Development Manager, NCloud Solution Development Manager, and Manager of Telecom Operations. In addition to corporate roles, Steven held the position of Head Coach for both the Men's and Women's Varsity Soccer teams at Raleigh Charter High School from August 2010 to June 2019, achieving multiple accolades including conference championships and recognition as Coach of the Year. Steven earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from La Salle University in 2005.
