Tim Platanitis-McKee

Tim Platanitis-Mckee has a diverse work experience in the field of cloud architecture and Avaya solutions. Tim started their career in 1998 as a Lucent Wizard at Sykes Enterprises, responsible for Tier-3 support for Avaya contact centers. Tim then worked as a Solution Architect at Hewlett Packard Company, specializing in Avaya Contact center solutions and Cisco UICME products. In 2016, they joined Technology Solutions Group, Inc. as a CCaaS Architect, and later moved to SKC Communications where they served as the Lead CCaaS Architect for Avaya Cloud/xCaaS solutions. Tim also worked at Collabera Inc. as a Cloud Architect before joining Avaya in 2020 as a Cloud Architect (APS Senior Consultant). Currently, they are working at NWN Carousel as a Principal Engineer - Avaya.

Tim Platanitis-Mckee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Avaya Aura® Core Components Implement Certified from Avaya in November 2023, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from ISC2 in September 2023, ACIS Communication Applications, ACIS Core Components, ACSS Communication Applications, and ACSS Core Components from Avaya in May 2018, AIPS Avaya Control Manager for Service Providers from Avaya in April 2018, and ASPS Avaya Call Management System Implementation and Maintenance from Avaya in December 2016.
