Tony Eid is a highly experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in various technical roles. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Engineering for Collaboration & Contact Center at NWN Corporation since November 2016, Tony Eid previously held positions including Sr. Solution Engineer at NWN Corporation and Sr. Collaboration Engineer at Presidio. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Cisco as a TAC Engineer and Team Lead, along with roles as a Consulting Engineer at Networked Information Systems and Sr. Network Engineer at Getronics. Tony Eid holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 1992 and 1990, respectively.
