Ericka Wade

Ericka Wade, MS, is the Director of Academic Advising at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, a position held since 2017. With nearly two decades of experience in student affairs, Ericka is dedicated to fostering equity-minded and asset-based student support. They have served in various roles, including Director of Student Affairs at Concordia University Wisconsin and Academic Advisor at Columbia College of Nursing. Ericka holds a Master’s Degree in Student Personnel Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a BA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Additionally, they contribute to community initiatives as a board member and chair of the Grants Committee for the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation.
