Steve Grenier

Steve Grenier is an experienced civil engineer and educator currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College since August 2025. Previously, Steve held the position of Director of Public Works for the City of Green Bay from October 2007 to June 2025, overseeing over 200 staff across various divisions and collaborating with city departments on economic development initiatives. Prior to this, Steve gained significant expertise at Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc., where a role as Vice President involved project management and engineering in transportation and environmental compliance from March 1991 to September 2007. Steve earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1986 and 1991.
