Stephen McCall has a diverse work experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Stephen started their career as a CAD Designer at IAS, where they developed equipment for Copper Mines. Stephen then worked as a Draftsman at Lee Tool - a Division of Schlumberger before joining Lee Specialties as a Design Drafter, specializing in pressure control equipment for the wireline industry.

In 2005, Stephen became the General Manager at Nexus Energy Technologies Inc, overseeing the design, manufacturing, and service of coiled tubing pressure control equipment. During their time there, Nexus Engineering & Machine became a premier supplier in both national and international markets.

Currently, Stephen holds the position of Vice President at NXL Technologies, a leading global wireline and coiled tubing pressure control equipment manufacturer. NXL Technologies was formed by merging Lee Specialties and Nexus Energy Technologies, enabling an increased and balanced international presence in the energy sector. They provide innovative equipment sales, rentals, services, and equipment repair globally.

Stephen McCall received their high school education from Balcarres High School from 1986 to 1992. Stephen obtained a diploma in Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) from SIAST - Palliser Institute between 1992 and 1995.
