At Nxt Gen, we help small and mid-sized charities build powerful, scalable fundraising systems without relying on outside consultants or expensive agencies.

Our flagship service, FundOS, is a training program that teaches charity teams how to design and implement sustainable, systematic fundraising operations. We equip you with tools, knowledge, and processes to grow revenue year after year, independently and confidently.

Behind Nxt Gen are brothers Daniel and Matthew Hussey, a duo combining decades of sector expertise and innovation.

Daniel brings over 30 years of experience, having raised more than $4 billion and secured Canada’s largest philanthropic gift. He’s led campaigns for major charities like Ronald McDonald House and is one of the most trusted voices in the field.

Matthew draws from a background in digital marketing and entrepreneurship, known for helping organizations like the Greater Vancouver Food Bank grow revenue by 75% in just two months through modern strategies usually reserved for for-profit sectors.

Together, we’re on a mission to transform how charities fundraise. Making sustainable growth accessible to all.
