Tanika Johnson

Tanika Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in medical coding and mentorship. Since January 2019, Tanika has served as a Partner at Nxt Level Mentorship, while also working at Progressive Insurance since April 2016, initially as a Medical Coder 1 and advancing to Medical Coder 2. Prior experience includes a role as ASA VI at Albany Medical Center from February 2013 to April 2016. Tanika holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Justice from The College of Saint Rose.
