Our mission is to make the experience matter in everything we do, from intro camps to a two hundred team multi-day lacrosse tournament.

The mission starts on whiteboards and spreadsheets. It starts with a game plan executed by MVPs at every level; from our assistant coaches to the CEO. Because what happens on the field can impact a child way beyond childhood. It’s an enormous responsibility that we take very seriously.

Because when you step off the field, all you truly take with you is the experience.

We want that experience to matter.

NXT differentiates itself in the youth sports market through the diversity of our products and year-round programming.

Events NXT operates premier girls and boys lacrosse tournaments, leagues and recruiting events across the country. 

Education NXT runs Lacrosse educational programming for both boys and girls from beginner to advanced. 

Club Teams NXT manages elite boys, girls, and box lacrosse clubs comprised of youth, middle school, and high school teams. 

From a few one-off lacrosse camps in the summer of 2009, NXT has grown into a sports organization that runs 80 lacrosse camps and clinics, 25 boys and girls club lacrosse teams, and 41 lacrosse tournaments and recruiting Showcases across the country and 3 Leagues.

In any given year NXT—either through a camp, clinic, club team or tournament—will have been involved in 38,295 athletes'​ lives.

The Coaching Team at NXTsports is dedicated to delivering transformative experiences through comprehensive lacrosse education and development. They design and implement training programs, lead practices, and mentor athletes from beginner to advanced levels. By fostering skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship, the team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that each child's time on the field is impactful and memorable.

Coaching Team

The NXTsports Operations Team ensures the seamless execution of all events, club activities, and educational programs. They coordinate logistics, manage event planning, and supervise field setup to ensure each experience is of the highest quality. This team plays an essential role in maintaining day-to-day operational efficiency and delivering exceptional experiences for athletes, coaches, and families across all NXT events and programs.
