Ian Worrell

Ian joined NXTUS in January 2022 after 16 years in community banking at INTRUST Bank, with a focus on commercial and small business lending over the past 8 years. Outside of work, he has been an active community advocate serving both civic and charitable causes. His move to the NXTUS team provided an opportunity to combine his finance background and passion for the community in a new and different way. Ian will serve as Program Manager for the organization's capital-focused programs around angel investor members, corporate sponsors, and capital partners. Love for Wichita and the South Central Kansas community and helping businesses succeed are what drives his passion.

Ian earned his degree in Finance from Kansas State University. He is a lifelong Wichitan.
