Sweta Pendyala

Sweta Pendyala is a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager at NY CREATES, where responsibilities include building teams, leading yield analysis efforts, and managing metrology and test support for various programs since August 2019. Previously, Sweta held roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, where expertise in device characterization and in-line test macro development was demonstrated from 2015 to 2018. Prior experience includes driving root cause analysis for device defects at IBM as a Semiconductor Test and Characterization Engineer (2009-2015), providing customer support at Multiprobe as an Applications Engineer (2007-2009), and designing sub-circuits at Apex Microtechnology as a Design Engineering Intern (2005-2006).
