Wellness is unequal. And it shouldn’t be.

Today, taking care of your mind and body often requires expensive devices, subscriptions, and time many people don’t have. Wellness has quietly become a privilege.

Nyano was built to change that.

Nyano is a holistic emotional wellness platform grounded in one belief: care should be gentle, accessible, and human — not earned through performance or money. Nyano means warmth, and that’s what we try to offer every day.

Instead of pressure or data overload, Nyano offers simple check-ins:
• A 60-second camera-based wellness check to estimate stress and recovery signals — no wearables required.
• Food scans that turn nutrition into intuitive emojis, not judgment
• A mood calendar to notice how you feel, without tracking streaks
• Calming audio and gentle suggestions to support rest and nourishment

By removing hardware and lowering cost, Nyano opens the door to people who have been left out of wellness.

This work is personal. As an immigrant juggling education, work, and responsibility, I learned how often people are told to “push through” instead of being cared for.

Nyano exists to offer something different. Because selfcare is not a luxury. It’s a human right.
