This vision is exemplified through the group’s focus on education, property development and hospitality.

Our Pillars: Education, Property Development, and Hospitality.

Together, these efforts reflect Nyanyi Bali’s role not just as a developer—but its long-term purpose as a custodian of culture, community, and sustainable progress that has elevated Nyanyi, Bali to becoming a globally-recognised destination.

Succeeded by two sisters Made Ariani Siswanto and Nyoman Astari Siswanto, Nyanyi Bali, today is the culmination vision of their late father Frans Bambang Siswanto, who believed Nyanyi Bali as not just a development- it was, and always will be, their family’s home. The privately-held group employs over 150 employees across multiple-businesses and is headquartered in Nyanyi, Bali, Indonesia.
