Young people are growing up in a world that's changing fast, and many struggle to feel confident about who they are and where they're going. NYBEP exists to change that.

We use our knowledge, expertise and understanding of people to connect education and employers in meaningful, practical ways. Through real experiences and encounters, we help young people build self-belief, broaden their horizons and feel capable of whatever comes next.

We support schools, guide employers and champion equity every step of the way - making sure opportunity isn't shaped by background. Our work turns potential into possibility, so every young person can step into their future with confidence.
