NON COMBUSTIBLE FDNY COMPLIANT SHANTY
Easy KD set up & break down. Moveable & Reusable.  Safe & Secure. HM Door and Frame with Lockset, no wood door with pad lock.  The new FDNY Spec requires that jobsite shanties be made of "NON COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL".
It is recommend that metal be used, if not the next best thing is metal stud with sheetrock and wonderboard (are you building a bathroom, or shanty?). You can use fire treated lumber wrapped in metal, but the law states you must take your shanty apart weekly and inspect it (sounds like a lot of work?).
