Isabel Leamon

Isabel Leamon is a research and program evaluation professional with over eight years of experience specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. Currently serving as a Principal Court Analyst in the Office of Diversity & Inclusion at the New York State Unified Court System, Isabel has previously held roles at WhitworthKee Consulting and RAND Corporation, where they conducted extensive research and evaluation projects. Isabel earned a Master's degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Anthropology from UCLA. Throughout their career, Isabel has focused on using data-driven strategies to support marginalized communities.
