James Doern is a Judicial Hearing Officer and Supervising Court Attorney currently serving in the Foreclosure Part of the New York State Supreme Court for the Fourth Judicial District since 2017. In addition, James has been a City Court Judge for Saratoga Springs City Court, managing criminal cases involving Domestic Violence, DWI, and Vehicle and Traffic law, as well as civil cases such as Landlord Tenant disputes and Civil Trials since 1998. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Skidmore College and attended Albany Law School.
