Michael Jean

Michael Jean has extensive experience in network management and technical support within the New York State Unified Court System, starting in February 1998 and currently serving as Technical Manager for NCPI & Data Centers. Throughout the career, Michael has held various roles, including Principal Information Technology Analyst and Principal Network Technologist, overseeing the Statewide Data Center as well as managing the Wide Area Network for the downstate New York region. Prior to this, Michael worked as Technical Manager at Sonic Enterprise, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a technical support team and providing training for staff. Michael's educational background includes studies at the University of Albany and the University of Rochester.
