Tom Buchanan is a New York State Supreme Court Justice serving the Fourth Judicial District, which includes multiple counties. Tom earned a BA in Political Science and Communication from the University at Albany from 1989 to 1993 and later obtained a JD from Albany Law School between 1995 and 1998. Tom continues their education at Columbia High School.
