Lacey Hippe

Lacey Hippe is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at NYDIG since June 2025, Lacey previously held a similar position at Crusoe from September 2022 to June 2025. Prior to that, Lacey was the Human Resources Director at the Trenton Indian Service Area from March 2020 to August 2022 and worked as a Human Resource Business Partner II at Oasis Petroleum from March 2018 to September 2019. Additional experience includes positions at CHI St. Alexius Health, Calfrac Well Services, and Applied Engineering, Inc. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Valley City State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Williston State College.
